What Information Do We Collect? How Do We Use It?

How Does Kiddie Karpets Protect Customer Information?

GoDaddy uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption when transmitting certain kinds of information, such as financial services information or payment information.
An icon resembling a padlock is displayed on the bottom of most browsers window during SSL transactions that involve credit cards and other forms of payment.
Any time Kiddie Karpets asks you for a credit card number on GoDaddy for payment or for verification purposes, it will be SSL encrypted. The information you provide will be stored securely on our servers. Once you choose to store or enter your credit card number on GoDaddy, it will not be displayed back to you in its entirety when you retrieve or edit it in the future. Instead of the entire number, you will only see asterisks and either the first four digits or the last four digits of your number.
What About "Cookies"?
"Cookies" are small pieces of information that are stored by your browser on your computer's hard drive. Our cookies do not contain any personally identifying information, but they do enable us to provide features such as 1-Click shopping and to store items in your shopping cart between visits. Most Web browsers automatically accept cookies, but you can usually change your browser to prevent that. Even without a cookie, you can still use most of the features in our store, including placing items in your shopping cart and purchasing them.
Will Kiddie Karpets Disclose the Information it Collects to Outside Parties?
Kiddie Karpets does not sell, trade or rent your personal information to others. We may choose to do so in the future with trustworthy third parties, but you can tell us not to by sending a blank e-mail message to customerservice@kiddiekarpets.com. (If you use more than one e-mail address to shop with us, send this message from each e-mail account you use.)
